We’ll showcase our latest solutions for fiber analysis in injection-molded components:

🔹FiberGlance – delivers high-resolution information on local fiber orientation, which is correlated with Moldex3D simulations to predict full-part orientation. By tuning material parameters, FiberGlance enables results from a single validation part to be used in other designs, making it a fast and efficient tool for development.

🔹FiberScanner3D – captures full-component fiber orientation and volume fraction with sub-voxel resolution. It supports digital twin creation, enables correlation with mechanical performance, and can be integrated in-line with production for advanced quality control.
