Meet us at TMS 2026

Xnovo is represented by Erik Lauridsen at the TMS 2026 Annual Meeting & Exhibition.

πŸ“ March 15–19, 2026 | San Diego, CA – see full program here

Erik Lauridsen will deliver an invited presentation in the session: “Fundamental Science of Microstructural Evolution and Phase Transformations: An MPMD/FMD/SMD Symposium in Honor of Peter Voorhees: Phase Evolution and Mechanics”. The contribution is entitled “Advancing Lab-Based 3D Grain Mapping of Polycrystalline Materials: Overview of Recent Developments of Data Acquisition, Reconstruction and Analysis” and presents examples of how new software tools help to bridge experiments and simulations.

The lab-based investigations and results are enabled by:

πŸ”ΉΒ GrainMapper3D – tracking structural evolution in polycrystalline samples through non-destructive 3D mapping of grain shapes and crystallographic orientations.
